Check-out?
Simply drop your room key into the designated mailbox in the lobby or into the check-out slot of the machine.
Your personal key card will only become invalid at 11:00 AM.
It’s even easier on your smartphone!

Food?
A fresh breakfast is available in-house and can be booked online or via our hotline until 4:00 AM. After that, you can register directly with our team at breakfast. Unfortunately, we can only accept cash payments at breakfast time.

Hot and cold drinks, sweet and savory snacks, as well as various toiletries are available 24/7 from vending machines in our open lounge.

Invoice?
Your invoice for your stay will be sent to you by email afterward.

Pets?
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. For the benefit of our neighbors, please ensure that you clean up after your pet.

Room key?
At our check-in kiosk, you can either use your smartphone as a room key or alternatively, register a physical room card.
Lost your card? – Simply create a new room card at our access control system.

Smoking?
Smoking is prohibited by law inside the building. Designated smoking areas with ashtrays are available on the terrace and by the bicycle storage.

A penalty of EUR 90.00 will be charged for violations. Triggering the fire alarm due to smoking will result in a minimum penalty of EUR 800.00. All costs associated with the fire department’s response will also be billed.
